A little about me…

I bring over a decade of nursing experience across multiple specialties, including Med/Surg, PACU, Pre-Op, and seven years in critical care. Most recently, I have served in a Neuro ICU as both an educator and clinical preceptor.

While I’ve spent the majority of my career at the bedside, my passion in recent years has shifted toward guiding and empowering new nurses. I’ve dedicated myself to helping them not only navigate the challenges of their early careers but also develop the skills and confidence to truly thrive.

Now, I’m taking that commitment to the next level, offering personalized coaching to support nurses in achieving their full potential.
